Their work buddy Dylan (Zach Cherry) stays behind to ensure that his friends can get the most out of their respective experiences — this “outie outing” is only supposed to be a test drive, you see — but their nosy boss, Harmony Cobel (Patricia Arquette), finds out about the scheme and dispatches Lumon henchman Milchick (Tramell Tillman) to shut it down, ASAP....
In a video from Titania actor Jameela Jamil’s TikTok, we see Jamil and Madisynn (Patty Guggenheim) posing for photographs, costumed in their characters’ outrageous outfits. Over the sound of a hip-hop beat, we can hear a voice asking for a solo photograph of Guggenheim. Guggenheim pushes Jamil away, not even acknowledging her. Although she steps aside for a moment, Jamil soon slinks back into the picture, circling around the oblivious Guggenheim with a look that’s menacing and/or seductive....

But for season two of Star Trek: Strange New Worlds, Lower Decks stars Tawny Newsome and Jack Quaid will be boldly going where no character has gone before: from animation to live action. Speaking with The Hollywood Reporter, Quaid confirmed that he and Newsome will be in costume as Ensigns Beckett Mariner and Brad Boimler, respectively. While Quaid is aware of speculation on the internet about the episodes, here he clarified, “we already shot it, and it’s Tawny Newsome and I as the live-action versions of our animated characters....

In general, the shows that make up The Walking Dead‘s expanded universe don’t tend to leave a lot of room for sentimentality. This is a world determined to drive humans to extinction, with threats all around. Be it the crumbling, zombie-infested cities or the harsh, unforgiving wilderness, there’s not a lot of succor to be had. With humans driven to banditry or worse, and the general difficulty of finding food and potable water in this universe, there aren’t a lot of time or resources for seeking out animal friendships....
