Mayans MC Episode 10 The Mayans MC season finale hit me straight in the feels thanks in large part to Angel’s truly extraordinary emoting. No shit, Clayton Cardenas knocked that shit out of the park. Watching him struggle to make hard choices all season was one thing, but watching the character deal with the raw, visceral emotions of betrayal, once he discovers EZ’s deal with the feds, through envy of his EZ’s relationship with their father, and then to land on love and loyalty as he does terrible things to protect his younger brother was amazing....

During a recent Metroid Dread stream, Jaffe encountered an early in-game roadblock he couldn’t quite figure out. Shortly thereafter, someone in the chat seems to have told him that he needs to shoot the ceiling in order to access the area above. Jaffe did just that, acted mildly frustrated with the game, and then seemingly proceeded with the rest of his life as so many of us would. However, shortly thereafter, Jaffe decided to upload a video in which he reacted to his own live stream by suggesting that the problem wasn’t that he couldn’t solve the puzzle but that the puzzle itself, and more of Metroid Dread, represents “bush league” design that “should not get a pass....

Muppets Now Episode 2 Last week, Disney+ started its new series Muppets Now, hoping to keep the beloved Jim Henson franchise relevant in modern times. Sadly, they didn’t put their best foot forward and the debut episode was a lacking experiment. In the penultimate episode of Outlander Season 5, Brianna and Roger take their kid, head through the stones, and seemingly disappear from the 18th century. This was not only a shocking moment for fans of the TV series, but no doubt for fans of the book series as well. After all, the event in question doesn’t happen in The Fiery Cross, the fifth book in the Outlander series on which Season 5 is based, but rather A Breath of Snow and Ashes, the sixth book in the series....

The Outlander Season 5 finale was… a very tough one to watch. Largely centered around the violence (including sexual violence) Claire survives at the hands of Lionel Brown and the other bandits, there is only so much broader-stroke storytelling to unpack about “Never My Love.” That being said, there is a fair amount to unpack emotionally about this intense hour of television, including an explanation of Claire’s scenes of dissociation as well as some major answers about where Brianna and Roger ended up when they went through the stones....

The last moments of the third episode of She-Hulk introduced an interesting plot development, and I’m not talking about the twerking post-credits scene. As Jen Walters was walking alone at night, she was accosted by four men who turned out to be the MCU version of the Wrecking Crew. She proceeded to easily handle them and sent them running. Thunderball was disappointed to find out that he was unable to break her green skin with a syringe and could not steal her gamma blood....

Despite what its title promised, Spider-Man: No Way Home has found a way home. Your home, specifically. Ahead of Doctor Strange and the Multiverse of Madness coming to theaters on May 6, Marvel Studios is bringing home the final entry in the first MCU Spider-Man trilogy. The Splinter Cell Netflix series, which is being helmed by John Wick‘s Derek Kolstad, will follow an older version of Sam Fisher than we’ve seen in many of the Splinter Cell games. While it sounds like the show could be a couple of years away from actually being released, Kolstad seems to already know what direction he wants to take it in. “Every season is going to be self-contained, outside of the evolution of the main character,” Kolstad said in an interview with Collider....
