Mayans Mc Episode 10 Review Cuervo Tz Ikb Uul

Mayans MC Episode 10 The Mayans MC season finale hit me straight in the feels thanks in large part to Angel’s truly extraordinary emoting. No shit, Clayton Cardenas knocked that shit out of the park. Watching him struggle to make hard choices all season was one thing, but watching the character deal with the raw, visceral emotions of betrayal, once he discovers EZ’s deal with the feds, through envy of his EZ’s relationship with their father, and then to land on love and loyalty as he does terrible things to protect his younger brother was amazing....

Metroid Dread Is A Sacred Cow With Bad Design Says God Of War Creator

During a recent Metroid Dread stream, Jaffe encountered an early in-game roadblock he couldn’t quite figure out. Shortly thereafter, someone in the chat seems to have told him that he needs to shoot the ceiling in order to access the area above. Jaffe did just that, acted mildly frustrated with the game, and then seemingly proceeded with the rest of his life as so many of us would. However, shortly thereafter, Jaffe decided to upload a video in which he reacted to his own live stream by suggesting that the problem wasn’t that he couldn’t solve the puzzle but that the puzzle itself, and more of Metroid Dread, represents “bush league” design that “should not get a pass....

Midsommar Review

As a community founded on an empathy as endless as their summer sun, these true-believers keep both feet firmly planted in the old ways, lacking a modern sense of perpetual springtime or perpetual self-interest. And during the height of their midsommar solstice, they’ll smother you in kindness. Yet what’s most unnerving about this oversaturated, leafy green hell is that if you spend enough time with them, their traditions are more than inviting to contemporary eyes; they’re intoxicating....

Muppets Now Episode 2 Review Fever Pitch

Muppets Now Episode 2 Last week, Disney+ started its new series Muppets Now, hoping to keep the beloved Jim Henson franchise relevant in modern times. Sadly, they didn’t put their best foot forward and the debut episode was a lacking experiment. The concept of it being an unscripted Muppet show was more than overblown and the actual improv stuff was empty. Luckily, this week’s episode “Fever Pitch” is enough of a step up....

My Hero Academia Season 4 Episode 13 Review 100 Infinite

My Hero Academia Season 4 Episode 13 “If I can’t protect the one girl in front of me then how can I become a hero who saves everyone?” Power boosts, transformations, and tiered limits of strength are deeply dangerous territory for anime. Ever since Frieza declared in Dragon Ball Z that “this isn’t even my final form” or that he’s only been fighting at 1% of his full power, the idea has turned into more trouble than its worth....

My Hero Academia Season 5 Episode 6 Review Foresight

My Hero Academia Season 5 Episode 6 “It takes time to create something big…” Imposter syndrome is a real condition that takes over people and it seems like it’d be incredibly prevalent in a world like My Hero Academia where the population is conditioned to become heroes from a young age. My Hero Academia frequently shows characters grow stronger, but it’s not often that it dwells on their inner turmoil on whether they’re worthy of the praise and status that society gives them....

Outlander Where Do Brianna And Roger End Up

In the penultimate episode of Outlander Season 5, Brianna and Roger take their kid, head through the stones, and seemingly disappear from the 18th century. This was not only a shocking moment for fans of the TV series, but no doubt for fans of the book series as well. After all, the event in question doesn’t happen in The Fiery Cross, the fifth book in the Outlander series on which Season 5 is based, but rather A Breath of Snow and Ashes, the sixth book in the series....

Outlander Season 5 Ending Explained

The Outlander Season 5 finale was… a very tough one to watch. Largely centered around the violence (including sexual violence) Claire survives at the hands of Lionel Brown and the other bandits, there is only so much broader-stroke storytelling to unpack about “Never My Love.” That being said, there is a fair amount to unpack emotionally about this intense hour of television, including an explanation of Claire’s scenes of dissociation as well as some major answers about where Brianna and Roger ended up when they went through the stones....

Prey Review Predator Franchise Finally Hits Its Stride

For one thing, Prey takes the franchise back to nature, in this case a forest and plains, which is where it belongs. The best Predator films work in such an environment, whether it’s a jungle or woodlands, while the crappier ones are set in urban or suburban environments. There’s just something that doesn’t work when the Predator can land in a high-visibility setting—one starts to wonder why there isn’t a full-on military response?...

Of course, things can get very confusing very quickly whenever you start talking about a VR headsets’ specs and features. Resident Evil Every Story Ranked Worst To Best

While there are a few somewhat forgettable Resident Evil stories, I find that the average Resident Evil story tends to be either bafflingly bad or the kind of narrative that helped to redefine the genre. Furthermore, you can easily lose your mind trying to keep up with the Resident Evil franchise’s ever-expanding lore and the various ways the many games in the franchise connect to each other. If you’ve ever lost yourself in that twisted timeline, you may even discover that it can be difficult to properly separate one Resident Evil story from another and judge them on their own merits....

Resident Evil Village Easter Eggs And References Explained

Resident Evil Village may be one of the year’s biggest and scariest games, but that doesn’t mean that you won’t have a little fun from time to time. In fact, Village is packed with easter eggs and references that keep things light, even as you’re running away from the giant vampire ladies of its world. While you’d expect the eighth major installment in the Resident Evil series to include a few nods to the previous games in the franchise, one of the most surprising things about Resident Evil Village is how it not only references some of the older games in the series (as well as a couple of horror movies) but how some of those callbacks have deeper meanings that expand this game’s lore and even set up future installments....

Rick And Morty Season 3 Episode 3 Review Pickle Rick

Rick and Morty Season 3 Episode 3 Everything’s been leading up to this. It’s the reason we first emerged from the primordial ooze to walk upright. The trajectory of the human race has been forever leading, inexorably, to this moment, our denouement: the “Pickle Rick” episode of Rick and Morty. And was it worth the wait? How did it turn out? Well, quite good, though it went more Die Hard than I expected....

Simply put: a lot of people have seen Spidey’s latest entry into the Spider-Verse and as such, reviews continue to pour in. At the end of the day, however, there is one review that we’ve all been most curious to hear. Now that verdict has finally arrived! In a new interview with Variety, original Spider-Man director Sam Raimi offered up his thoughts on No Way Home. The helmer of Spider-Man, Spider-Man 2, Spider-Man 3, and the upcoming Marvel film Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness sounds quite impressed with how No Way Home incorporates his era of Spidey-storytelling....

Sean Connery Called Brett Ratner A Fraud

In Koppelman’s telling, the pair were hired to rewrite a script, which was then ordered to be rewritten again to Connery’s specifications after he boarded the project. Working with the star in their modest Manhattan office, the pair and star created a treatment everyone was happy with until an unnamed director got involved. Now many are speculating Brett Ratner is apparently the director Connery wrote off as a “a bucket of smoke....

She Hulk Who S The Big Boss Behind The Wrecking Crew

The last moments of the third episode of She-Hulk introduced an interesting plot development, and I’m not talking about the twerking post-credits scene. As Jen Walters was walking alone at night, she was accosted by four men who turned out to be the MCU version of the Wrecking Crew. She proceeded to easily handle them and sent them running. Thunderball was disappointed to find out that he was unable to break her green skin with a syringe and could not steal her gamma blood....

Despite what its title promised, Spider-Man: No Way Home has found a way home. Your home, specifically. Splinter Cell Netflix Series Confuses Fans Who Just Want A New Game

The Splinter Cell Netflix series, which is being helmed by John Wick‘s Derek Kolstad, will follow an older version of Sam Fisher than we’ve seen in many of the Splinter Cell games. While it sounds like the show could be a couple of years away from actually being released, Kolstad seems to already know what direction he wants to take it in. “Every season is going to be self-contained, outside of the evolution of the main character,” Kolstad said in an interview with Collider....
